Banana Turon (Deep-Fried Banana Roll)
- 12 ripe cooking bananas
- Lumpia wrappers
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup cooking oil
- Cut bananas in half. Roll each in sugar.
- Wrap each halved banana in a lumpia wrapper and seal the end by wetting with water.
- Preheat oil in frying pan and fry each wrapped banana until golden brown.
- Eat while it is still crunchy.
