Kim Chee with Tofu
- 1 jar kim chee, any brand
- 1 block tofu, regular or firm
- 3 tbs. soy sauce
- 2 tbs. oil
- Cut tofu to thin rectangular slices (about 1.5 "x 1"x .5".)
- Heat 2 tbs. of oil in frying pan.
- Add tofu and fry until both side are golden brown and firm.
- Add kim chee and soy sauce, cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Serve with steamed rice.
