K.B.'s Mashed Potato Casserole

4 cups mashed potatoes
8 oz pkg. cream cheese
1 egg, beaten
6 tbs. butter
1 tsp. seasoned salt
dash of pepper

  1. Mash potatoes well.
  2. Add cream cheese and whip well.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and whip again.
  4. Bake casserole at 325 degree for 40 minutes.

If casserole is to be refrigerated overnight, add milk (potatoes should be slightly runny). To re-heat, just add milk, mix and bake.
