K.B.'s Mashed Potato Casserole
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 8 oz pkg. cream cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 6 tbs. butter
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- dash of pepper
- Mash potatoes well.
- Add cream cheese and whip well.
- Add remaining ingredients and whip again.
- Bake casserole at 325 degree for 40 minutes.
If casserole is to be refrigerated overnight, add milk (potatoes should be slightly runny). To re-heat, just add milk, mix and bake.
