Garlic Chicken

2 lbs chicken wing drummettes
4 - 5 cloves garlic, minced.
1 cup soy sauce
flour
Oil

  1. In a large bowl, mix chicken, garlic and soy sauce.
  2. Let the chickens sit in refrigerator for 3 hours minimum (overnight is better).
  3. Coat each chicken piece with flour.
  4. Deep fry chicken in oil until chicken is fully cooked.
  5. Serve hot or cold.
