Kim Chee with Tofu

1 jar kim chee, any brand
1 block tofu, regular or firm
3 tbs. soy sauce
2 tbs. oil

  1. Cut tofu to thin rectangular slices (about 1.5 "x 1"x .5".)
  2. Heat 2 tbs. of oil in frying pan.
  3. Add tofu and fry until both side are golden brown and firm.
  4. Add kim chee and soy sauce, cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. Serve with steamed rice.
